S-MTSeal – High-Quality Sprayable Hybrid Coating

S-MTSeal is a versatile, elastic, sprayable hybrid coating developed for durable protection and finishing of various surfaces.

The coating remains flexible after curing and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

With S-MTSeal, you create a reliable, protective, and aesthetic coating on a wide range of surfaces – ideal for industrial, technical, and construction applications.
Use

S-MTSEAL is an ideal sprayable and brushable hybrid coating for seamlessly and airtight sealing of joints and gaps between various building components (max. 4 mm). NOT suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene, and bituminous substrates.
Instructions for use

Preparation

  • Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C (applies to both ambient and surface temperature).
  • The surface must be solid, clean, and free from dust and grease.
  • Degrease with MTCLEANER.
  • S-MTSEAL adheres excellently to most non-porous surfaces without a primer.

Paintability

  • Excellent paintability with water-based and most 2-component paints.
  • Synthetic paints may slow down drying.
  • Test paint compatibility beforehand.
  • For best results: paint within 4 hours after application.

Cleaning

  • Clean fresh material and tools with MTCLEANER.
  • Cured material can only be removed mechanically.
  • Clean hands with WONDER WIPES.

Shelf Life

  • In unopened original packaging: 12 months shelf life from production date.
  • Store in a dry place at +5°C to +25°C.
