Fast-Fitter – Chemical Anchor (Polyester Resin)

Fast-Fitter is a professional-grade chemical anchor based on polyester resin, developed for quick and reliable anchoring of threaded rods, bolts, and studs.

Thanks to its fast curing, it can be loaded almost immediately – ideal for time-critical installations.

Use

Anchoring in both hollow and solid substrates, filling cracks in concrete or stone, anchoring threaded rods, rebar, hooks, awnings, shutters, boilers, fences, shutters, garage doors, railings, windows, and more...
Instructions for use
  1. Substrate preparation
    • Degrease the substrate with MTCLEANER and let it dry.
    • Remove dust and rust.
    • The edges of the hole must be rough for optimal adhesion.
    • Flatten threaded rods to prevent them from unscrewing.
  2. Cartridge preparation
    • Unscrew the cap and cut off the top of the mixing bag.
    • Attach the 300ML (ART D101002) mixing tip.
    • Dispense with a standard 300 ml gun.
  3. Application
    • For hollow substrates: first, use a suitable plug.
    • Do not inject the first 10 cm of the mixture.
    • Inject from the bottom of the hole up to 2/3 of the volume.
    • Immediately insert the pieces to be anchored with a rotating motion.
    • Remove excess material with a cloth.
  4. After use
    • Unscrew the mixing tip.
    • Clean the cartridge.
    • Replace the sealing cap.

Note: when drilling, the holes must be at least 2 times their depth apart.
