Use	S-MTSEAL is an ideal sprayable and brushable hybrid coating for seamlessly and airtight sealing of joints and gaps between various building components (max. 4 mm). NOT suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene, and bituminous substrates.

Instructions for use	Preparation: Apply the product at temperatures between +5°C and 40°C (applies to both the environment and substrates). The substrates must be load-bearing, clean, and free from dust and grease. Thoroughly degrease the surfaces using MTCLEANER. S-MTSEAL adheres perfectly to most non-porous surfaces without the need for priming. Paintable: S-MTSEAL is highly paintable with water-based paints and most 2-component paints. Synthetic paints may cause drying delays. It is recommended to test compatibility with the paint beforehand. For optimal results, it is advised to paint within 4 hours of application. Cleaning: Fresh material and tools can be cleaned with MTCLEANER. Cured material can only be removed mechanically. Hands can be cleaned with WONDER WIPES. Shelf Life: In unopened original packaging, S-MTSEAL is shelf-stable for up to 12 months from the production date. Store in a dry place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
