MULTIBORGING MB VG D300-577 – Threadlocker for Coarse Threads

MULTIBORGING MB VG D300-577 is a medium-strength threadlocker specially developed for fittings and connections with coarse threads up to M80 / 3”.

The product prevents leaks and loosening caused by vibration, while still allowing disassembly with standard tools.

Use

Locking and sealing with medium strength for all larger fittings such as: hydraulic and pneumatic installations. Ideal for use at low temperatures (Outdoor maintenance).
Instructions for use

Preparation

  • Shake well before use.
  • Degrease surfaces with MTCLEANER.

Application

  • Apply an even and sufficient amount of product on both parts to be secured or sealed.
  • Immediately join the components together.

Removal

  • Parts treated with high-strength locking can be loosened by heating them with FLAMEWARP or a high-temperature hot air blower.
