2K MTFIX – 2-Component Super Glue

2K MTFIX is a powerful, thick, transparent two-component super glue specially developed for quick and durable repairs.

The glue dries quickly, remains slightly flexible, and is therefore suitable for a wide range of applications.

Use

Ideal for use on almost all materials such as natural stone, glass (e.g., shower glass), plastic (e.g., vehicle upholstery), wood (furniture), rubber, metal, ceramic, aluminum, and more.

Instructions for use

Surface preparation

  • Ensure the surface is as smooth, grease-free, and dust-free as possible.
  • Clean with MTCLEANER for stone, aluminum, etc.
  • Clean with PLASTCLEAN for plastic.

Adhesive preparation

  • Extrude a small amount of adhesive before fitting the MIXERTIP (ART. D101000) nozzle.
  • This always guarantees a correct mixing ratio.

Adhesive application

  • Apply the adhesive close to the contact surface (this prevents air bubbles).
  • Spread the adhesive evenly using the 50ml manual pump (ART. Z900101).

Tip

  • Hand protection is recommended during use.
  • Always consult the technical and safety data sheet.
  • For item D300750 2K MTFIX, a manual injection system is included. The mixing nozzle is the 2FIX MIX (ART. D300751).
