| Instructions for use |
Carburetors: Ensure the engine is warm. Remove the air filter and spray into the carburetor to clean the choke valve mechanism. Shut off the fuel supply and disconnect it if necessary. Let the engine run until all fuel is drained from the float chamber. Fill the float chamber with CARBU-INJECT CLEANER and allow it to work for 5 to 10 minutes. Start the engine and rev a few times to clean the parts. Spray CARBU-INJECT CLEANER into the float chamber for 1 minute to achieve a full flush. Let the engine run until it stalls on its own. Reconnect the fuel supply and spray all other moving parts of the carburetor with CARBU-INJECT CLEANER. Injection Systems: Remove the stepper motor and clean it with CARBU-INJECT CLEANER. Ensure the engine is warm and running. Disconnect the air supply as close as possible to the injectors. Spray CARBU-INJECT CLEANER into the air supply for 10 seconds. Repeat if necessary and then reconnect the air supply. |
